"Eat it baby..." the mother said to the 5 year old serene who was not eating food.
"Look mumma is feeding you right? Why don't you eat?'" Her mother asked and little serene folded her arms over her chest and pouted looking away with a angry expression.
That's when they heard the sound of bangles.
"Hmm.. if you eat this food I will buy bangles for you" her mother said and Serene's head snapped at her mother direction.
"Really? " She asked in her baby voice while her mother pinched her cheeks while nodding and she opened her mouth while her mother started feeding her with her hands.
"Maa you buy me bangles right?" She asked again to confirm
"Pakka" her mother promised while the little Serene clapped her hands.
"Hey bhaiya! Bangles please" her mother bought the Bangles for her while the little Serene danced with joy
"I don't want her"
"I just used her"
"She believed me"

I sat up with a jerk taking heavy breathes. It was usual for me for this. I sighed looking at the time 3 : 25.
They said dreams can come true but forgot to mention that nightmares are dreams too.
Tears didn't gather in my eyes because I was tired. Tired of crying since a very long time.
I still remember those days when I was carefree. When I didn't cared about my looks. When I stared at my parent's stomach to make sure they're still alive.
Those days won't come back. Ever again.
Time skip
I walked through the corridors of my medical school. It's my dream to be a doctor.... a cardiologist.
When I was a kid I wanted to become a teacher because I wanted to scold kids and behave like those teachers of mine.
But when I think about it now I will laugh at myself because I love kids now so scolding them is a big NO.
As I was walking through the corridors I saw someone speeding towards a small kid and I ran towards them and jumped in front and saved the kid while he pulled the breaks.
"Don't you have eyes?! Can't you see a little kid?!" I yelled at the guy who pulled up the glass of helmet showcasing his dark brown orbs.
"The kid also has eyes" he retorted while I glared at him and sent the kid back inside the hospital.
I went near him and glared at him.
"It's a kid...." I said while he scoffed.
"It's don't give a flying fuck" he said and was about to start the bike again but I stopped him.
"Don't drive in this speed are y-" I was cut off when he harshly pulled my hair.
"Listen and listen carefully, don't advice me eve whoever you are or whoever your daddy is I don't care" he said and started the bike and went away.
I fisted my palms and went inside the hospital

"Surprise!" My cousin sister surprised when I entered my apartment after the hectic day.
"You didn't inform me Sasha!" I exclaimed while she pulled me for a hug which I reciprocated soon.
"That's why it's a surprise" she says pinching my cheeks while I smiled at her.
Sasha is my cousin Sister. Well, my favourite human being. Although she acts without thinking, sometimes, I still love her like no tomorrow.
Sasha is a very well known fashion designer and is just 23. She was at UK for a fashion week and just came back.
"Look what I bought!" She exclaimed and I looked at the box that she held
I took the box from her and opened it and found after very beautiful diamond necklace.
"It's beautiful! I wish I had a boyfriend like you...." I said and she dramatically hugged me
"next life... next life..." she said patting my back while also hugged her.
Rest of the night went in a blink where we watched a horror movie and we both were even scared to go to pee alone.
"Mumma who do you love the most?" The little serene asked while her mother was tying her hair in pigtails.
"Who do you think?" Her mother asks with a small smile.
"Me!" Serene exclaims with a soft giggled followed by her mother.
"Correct. I love you the most and I'll keep loving you forever...."
Serene laid on her mother's lap and her mother started caressing her hair
"I love you mumma!!"
"I love you more baby"
