She got up with a jerk, still getting nightmares of her past.
Her sister who also woke up as she heard her sister, patted her back.
"What's wrong? Nightmares again?" She asked and passed a glass of water while she nodded her head.
She looked at the time and found it was only 4 : 09.
"You have to forget it Sera.... it's a lot of years ago" she said, concerned for her sister's condition.
"It's not easy Sasha... I can't forget about the past that hurts me" Serene said calmly
"Why?" Sasha asked and she sighed
"Because... this same reason that hurts me was the reason of my happiness once...." Serene said and laid back while her sister was just staring at her sister.
She missed the real her. The girl who smiled even in serious situations. The girl who was carefree and cheerful not this duplicate version of hers.

As the sun hit on her sleeping figure, she woke up or may I say bloomed like a flower.
She slowly sat up and looked beside her to find a sleeping figure of her dear sister who never left her alone.
She was thankful to have her in her life and she would never want to lose her ever.
She stood up and went to do her morning routines and went to kitchen to cook something good for her dear sister
"Why Is it morning so early?" Sasha yawned coming out of the room with a messy hair while Serene rolled her eyes.
"Brush your teeth" Serene ordered and Sasha nodded still yawning again and went to washroom.
"You going?" Sasha asked as Serene took the keys of her scooty.
"Yes... and take care babe! Luv ya" Serene said and walked out and Sasha blowed a kiss at her.

A meeting was going on in the staff room for the trainees. I was not really paying attention as I found it too boring. But then my name was called
"Serene where are you lost?" The head doctor called out while I stood straight looking at him while shooking my head.
"So.... There was a big accident yesterday and that person was taken to the hospital but the person doesn't like to stay on hospital and was so stubborn so they took him back to his house and now he needs a doctor who can take care of him." He said and we all nodded my head.
"I know where this is going" Sona, my friend whispered and I raised a brow.
"Where is this going?" I asked confused while she gave me a 'done' look. Really?
"One of us will surely go to take care of that patient" she said and I made an 'O' face while nodding and she shook her head.
"He's a very rich person and one of our doctors where already sent but was sent back right away...." He completed. Must be Jessica.
Jessica is also a trainee like me but the difference is she's really a b****. Y'know why I call her that? Because she seduces guys who are rich and leave them when they are broke.
I don't like her at all and she has some minions, Riya, Kavya, Anamika and Shrishti. These are no different that her.
"So I want Serene to go" Head doctor said and my head snapped at his way. Why me?
"But-" I easy cut off when he signed me me to stop
"You can be a senior doctor Serene" he said
"Okay sir. I'm ready" I said all ready to go while those little minions of hers where looking at me with a..... smirk?
"Well, his assistant is here and you have to go with him right now" he said and I nodded understanding.
This is a great opportunity for me. Being a senior doctor right away is really a dream come true!
"Doc. Serene please stay others dismiss" The head doctor ordered and everyone except me went back to their respective works.
"So...Serene this is Mr. Sighania.... The Secretary of our patient Mr. Fernández" he said and I nodded my head forwarding my hand for a shake hands which he accepted.
This guy had an attractive looks with light brown skin and green eyes.
"Nice to meet you Doc. Serene" he said and I smiled.
"Pleasure's all mine Mr. Sighania" I said and he reciprocated the smile.
"So let's go shall we? I don't want to waste time but I'll tell you everything about him in the car" he said and I nodded understanding.

"So Mr. Fernández is a perfectionist in short..." Mr. Sighania started while I listened carefully.
"He doesn't like betrayer and he doesn't like people who orders him around" he continued
"You just have to do your work and nothing else" he completed.
Well, we both were on our way to Mr. Fernández's house. To be honest, I'm nervous because I'm doing it alone. There's no one to help me.
As the car stopped I looked outside the cars window to see a very huge mansion and I was in awe.
Never thought this guy must be this rich when they said 'rich'
Well, we can't judge a book by its cover so we have to take a look inside.
