I was greeted by bumping into Liam as soon as I stepped into his mansion.
"Hey! Y'know what?! Mr. Fernández can walk now!" He said, almost yelled making my eyes widen. Really?! He can!!!
I didn't reply to him ran to his room and got in without asking permission.
"Mr. Fernández! I heard you can walk! I'm ver-" I was cut off by a masculine hand holding my wrist tightly yet gently and pinning to the near wall.
A gasp left my mouth and my head looked up to meet his dark brown eyes with the darkest shade.
He's angry.
"You went on a blind date?" He asked calm you yet his voice was sending shivers down my spine.
"I asked you something Ms. Thompson" he said again leaning more closer
My throat felt dry. I was scared of the closeness of ours. Our body was touching each other and I bit my lower lip in nervousness and I heard him gulping.
"I went on a blind date. It's true" I finally spoke up while his grip on my wrists tightened but not enough to hurt me.
"How was it?" He asked. Memories of the blind date came like a tsunami in my head making it spin.
"Great" I finally said and I saw him clenching his jaws. Why?
"Mr. Fernández, stay on your limits. It's too close for clients" I said and he did as I said but his gaze stayed fixated on me.
He didn't said anything and stormed inside the washroom and slammed the door shut.
I stood there dumbfounded and then shrugged my shoulders thinking he need some space.

"Yeah I'd have smashed his head to the near trash can If I could but as we're in a public place I wasn't able to do that" I said annoyed to none other than Sasha through our video call
"If I was there with you I'd have threw him to the pond of piranha fishes" her tone of voice tells how much irritated she is.
"You're the one who arranged it" I said with an eye roll while she sighed nodding.
"I thought to get you a boyfriend.... you've been alone like forever... I wanna see you happy again" she said getting a bit emotional.
"Uh- getting emotional again aren't ya? Dude it's okay... I'm better off alone y'know" I said and she nodded before chuckling.
"Uh-huh I know" she said and we both had a small chit chat
"Honey I gotta go.... I'll be back in a minute... and I have to tell you a great news!" She said getting all excited
"I have to take a shower it's so hot out here" I said and she agreed to call me after a few minutes.
I got up and went to the washroom after hanging up.

After Serene went to washroom, Adrian came to her room thinking to apologise for acting recklessly.
He knocked on the door but no one responded so he went inside himself saying a 'I'm coming in'
But as soon as he entered the room he found the room empty and he heard the shower running.
So he thought she's showering but as he was about to leave her phone rang catching his attention.
He didn't wanted to do it but still he did. He peeked to see who's calling and her blood boiled after he saw who it is.

He had the urge to smash the phone to the wall.
And that's when he heard a clicking sound of the door and he saw Serene walking up to him in amusement.
"Mr. Fernández... what bought you here?" She asked and he glared at her and was about to say something but again her phone catching both of their attention and she happily took the phone
"Hey babe!" She said.
'Babe? Who's Babe? She has a boyfriend? I'm gonna bury that fucker alive. This girl is mine' He thought, internally burning the one who's calling her.
"Yeah, you missed me? It's been only a few minutes since we talked" she said and he again wanted to jump off the Cliff.
"Well I'll talk to you later I love you!" She said with so much love and he hated it. Hated every word she said to the other guy.
As soon as she hung up he pinned her to the wall, earning a gasp from her.
"M-mr Fer-"
"Shh" he shushed her and she looked at him with her innocent bambi eyes.
"Break up with your boyfriend" he said, almost ordered her. His voice was calm yet it was giving a 'dare to deny' tone.
"Eh?" She asked dumbfounded by his words. Break up? She don't have a boyfriend to break up.
"Be my boyfriend" she said, and it was enough for him turn into a tomato.
"What?" He asked, confirming his ears. Inside, he was on cloud nine.
"Yeah, be my boyfriend so that we can break up" She said and he looked at her, confused.
"What do you mean Ms.Thompson?" He asked getting a little irritated.
"I don't have a boyfriend, then how will I break up?" She said and he sighed heavily
"Then who was it?"
"Who?"
"That "darling" on your phone."
"Oh that's my sister" she said and he looked at her in both relief and embarrassment.
"Your sister? Then why did you save her as Darling?" He asked and she shrugged
"Because we call each other with those names" She said and he sighed in relief.
"Oh.... I thought that it was your boyfriend" he said making her laugh
"Well, truth to be told I'd have surely dated her if she was a boy" She said and the grip on her wrists were tighten.
"And why do you care?"the question caught him off guard.
"It's just...." he trailed off
"It's just what?" She asked
"Don't get shocked and don't you even dare to avoid me after this" he said and took a deep breath before pouring his heart.
"Accept me or not but..... I love you"
